Affiliate Program

• Rate: 15% of the product subtotal of each qualifying order. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and gift-wrap are excluded from the commission calculation.
• Tracking: orders placed through your affiliate link within 30 days of the last click are credited to you. Orders placed with your personal coupon code are credited to you regardless of the cookie.
• Attribution: last click wins. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent one before purchase receives the commission.
• Approval: commissions are approved 30 days after the order date, once the return window has closed. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or found to be fraudulent do not earn commission, and commission already approved on such orders may be reversed.
• Payout: approved commissions are paid by PayPal on or around the 15th of each month for the previous month. There is no minimum balance. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address; payments returned because of incorrect details are re-issued in the following cycle.
• Currency: all commissions are calculated and paid in USD.
• Taxes: you are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of DEKVIO. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on your commission income in your own country.

1. Eligibility and application

You must be at least 18 years old and own or control the channels you promote through. DEKVIO reviews every application and may approve or decline at its discretion. Providing false information in your application is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

2. Disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with DEKVIO wherever you post a link or code, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States, the ASA and CAP rules in the United Kingdom, and any equivalent law that applies to you. A visible #ad, #affiliate or a plain-language disclosure at the start of the post is sufficient. Hidden, buried or below-the-fold disclosures are not.

3. Honest promotion

Describe our products accurately. Do not invent claims about materials, dimensions, origin, certifications, delivery times, pricing or guarantees. Do not state or imply that you speak for DEKVIO, that you are an employee, or that DEKVIO has endorsed anything beyond the products themselves. If you have not used a product, do not say that you have.

4. What is not allowed

• Bidding on DEKVIO, dekvio.com, or misspellings of them in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads or any other paid search platform, and using them in ad display URLs.
• Registering domain names, social handles, app names or email addresses containing DEKVIO or a confusingly similar variation.
• Posting your code on coupon, deal, cashback or loyalty sites, browser extensions, or coupon groups, unless we have approved it in writing.
• Self-referrals — using your own link or code for your own purchases, or for orders placed by your household. Commission on such orders will be cancelled.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, auto-redirects, or any technique that sets tracking without a genuine click.
• Unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp broadcasts, DM blasts, comment spam, or any promotion that would breach anti-spam law such as the CAN-SPAM Act or GDPR.
• Promotion on sites containing adult, hateful, violent, discriminatory or illegal content, or content directed at children.
• Reselling DEKVIO products, or listing them on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart or any other marketplace, under the affiliate programme.
• Creating discount codes, offers, bundles or guarantees that DEKVIO has not published.

5. Brand assets

You may use the product photography, video and logo files we provide in the Affiliate Starter Kit to promote DEKVIO products. Do not alter, recolour, stretch or add effects to the logo, and do not use our assets to imply a partnership beyond this programme. All DEKVIO trademarks, images and copy remain our property, and this permission ends when your participation in the programme ends.

6. Customer data

Customers who buy through your link are DEKVIO customers. We do not share their personal data with you, and you must not attempt to collect, scrape or resell it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and termination

DEKVIO may change the commission rate, cookie window, payout terms or these rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered affiliates at least 14 days before they take effect, and orders placed before that date are settled under the previous terms. Either party may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, with written notice — including by email. On termination you must stop using our links, codes and brand assets. Commissions properly earned before termination are paid in the next normal cycle, except where the programme was terminated for breach of these rules or for fraud, in which case unpaid commissions are forfeited.

8. Liability and governing law

DEKVIO is not liable to you for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, arising from your participation in this programme. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the commissions payable to you in that period. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Participation in the programme is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.
