We stand behind every bag we make. If your DEKVIO tote is not right for you, contact us within 45 days of delivery. Eligible items can be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you want a different colour, size, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. We do not process direct exchanges.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth after use. Apply a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months to keep the leather supple. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, stuffed with tissue paper to hold its shape. Avoid soaking in water or contact with harsh chemicals. If the bag gets wet, air dry naturally — never use heat.
